Eine seri\u00f6se Klebstoffauswahl beruht auf einer m\u00f6glichst exakten Beschreibung des Anwendungsfalles in Form eines Lastenhefts. Dies geschieht \u00fcber das Herstellen und mechanische Pr\u00fcfen von nach Norm geklebten Kleinteilen. Als Testergebnis erh\u00e4lt man die Bruchfestigkeit der Klebung und das klebstoffspezifische Bruchbild. Durch Variation bestimmter Klebparameter (Oberfl\u00e4chenzustand, Klebgeometrie, Aush\u00e4rtebedingungen) lassen sich die gefundenen Klebstoffe miteinander vergleichen und f\u00fcr die Applikation priorisieren, so dass eine Klebstoffempfehlung gegeben werden kann.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><br \/>\n<section class=\"av_textblock_section \"  itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/CreativeWork\" ><div class='avia_textblock  '   itemprop=\"text\" ><h2>Behandlung der F\u00fcgeteile<\/h2>\n<p>Sollte die Oberfl\u00e4chenbeschaffenheit der F\u00fcgeteile nicht ausreichen, besteht die M\u00f6glichkeit, dass die F\u00fcgeteile am IFF vorbehandelt werden.
