Er stellt die Schnittstelle zwischen einem Induktionsgenerator und dem Bauteil dar und wird so ausgelegt und gestaltet, dass er exakt die gew\u00fcnschten Heizfleckgr\u00f6\u00dfen und Aufheizraten verwirklichen kann. Klassische Induktoren bestehen aus einem wasserdurchflossenen Kupferrohr, das der Bauteilgeometrie geometrisch folgt. IFF-Induktoren sind meistens komplett anders aufgebaut. Sie bestehen aus einem ferritischen Kern, um den eine geeignete Litze gewickelt wird. Durch diesen Aufbau kann das elektromagnetische Feld geformt und konzentriert werden, was zu optimalen Aufheizergebnissen f\u00fchrt. Zum Schutz von Induktor und Bediener wird diese Einheit im Normalfall mit einem Kunststoffgeh\u00e4use versehen oder mit einem Epoxidharz umgossen und mit einem Startknopf ausgestattet, so dass ein derart gekapselter Induktor gefahrlos von Hand betrieben werden kann. Besondere Kompetenz erfordert die <a href=\"http:\/\/iff.la-webdesign.de\/de\/komplettloesungen\/zerstoerungsfreie-bauteilpruefung\/\">Gestaltung von Induktoren f\u00fcr die zerst\u00f6rungsfreie Bauteilpr\u00fcfung<\/a>, weil dabei ein Bereich des Bauteils, der bei normaler Bauform genau unter dem Induktor liegen w\u00fcrde, f\u00fcr die Temperaturerfassung durch die Infrarot-Kamera freibleiben muss.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div>\n<div class=\"flex_column av_one_full  flex_column_div av-zero-column-padding first  \" style='border-radius:0px;
